The translation muscle was built the hard way

Hitesh Mahajan, founder of Aidapt
The gap is always translation, not technology.

Hitesh Mahajan is a non-technical operator. He spent fifteen years running physical-economy businesses, agriculture, horticulture, FMCG, retail, before bringing technology into them. Operations is his native language.

In 2021 he watched a blockchain project get rejected. Not because the technology was wrong, but because nobody had translated it into something the business could act on. That was the lesson.

When frontier AI caught up in 2022, the thesis was ready. Four years on, bootstrapped and founder-led, Aidapt exists to close that gap for operators like the one he used to be.
